Excellent service from the service department for the second time. Phone is always answered right away and they are very responsive to emails. Got my replacement key sorted and programmed to my car with no hassle. Would definitely go back again.

I visited Volvo in Guildford and was more than impressed with the service I received from the sales team. After visiting other dealers who gave me very little attention it was refreshing to meet a sales person with passion for what they were selling and focus on what my needs were as the customer

An excellent company. Sales advisor Byron is extremely helpful and having just bought my third car from Byron, the experience was nothing short of premium. Well done Squire Furneaux and Byron.

Two members of staff sitting at computers in the showroom and no customers when I visited on a Sunday afternoon. I received a half-hearted acknowledgement from one member of staff when i said 'hello' . Five minutes later I left without another word being uttered from either member of staff. Took my £35,000 with me. Unbelievable!! I've had better service in Poundland.

Another disappointing Volvo experience taking my car in for a full service.
If I had gone to Kwik Fit and received this service I wouldn’t have minded, but for £535 (over double what I’d have paid there) the stress, hassle and level of customer service was frankly awful.
My online booking was not entered into their local system properly despite receiving an email confirming a courtesy car.
The courtesy car was given to me full of ‘bits’ (a screw, loose change, glasses, pens, dirty rubber gloves!).
I had purchased a service plan after giving the Volvo website all of my details and it wasn’t actually valid for my next service. To be fair not the dealers issue, but they were unable to advise me of this until later in the day.
On returning my courtesy car there was no where to leave it that I could see so I asked a member of staff and went exactly where I was told, only to be told by a different member of staff that I was ‘in the way’.
The staff were friendly enough, but the operation seemed pretty disorganised. Like I said, for half the price the service would have been adequate, but not for that much money!
My experiences with BMW and Audi garages all surpass what I have experienced with Volvo. I won’t be going back!
